Yoga in the Overlook

Come experience an elevated yoga session on Wednesday, April 30th, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in the MDC’s stunning scenic overlook. Led by Cheyenne Mikkola-Rahja, a seasoned yoga practitioner with 8 years of experience in Northern Minnesota, this class offers breathtaking views of the Redhead MTB Park as you embrace the benefits of yoga. 
Each session is taught at a relaxed pace, focusing on alignment and mindful breathing.
This Wednesday’s class is free with the cost of admission to the MDC and complimentary for all MDC members. 
Please bring your own yoga mat or use one of our limited extras.
