Shuttle Service Starts Up
June 3
Adventure season is here! 🛶 Starting Tuesday, June 3rd, the Minnesota Discovery Center’s mountain bike shuttle and kayak/canoe rentals are open to the public! 🚴♂️
You can rent a kayak or canoe, paddles, and lifejackets for just $15/hour, and we’ll shuttle you to the gorgeous Glen Pit Lake launch — totally free! 💦 Prefer to bring your own gear? No problem — you and your equipment can ride the shuttle for just $5. 🎒
For mountain bikers hitting the trails at Redhead Mountain Bike Park, the shuttle is just $5 to or from anywhere in the park. 🚵♀️ Need a pickup mid-ride? No sweat — just call MDC Admissions’ front desk at 218-254-7959, and we’ll meet you trailside for only $5. 🌲🚐
The shuttle’s scheduled runs happen four times a day at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm. However, if those times don’t work for you, you can also schedule an individual trip by calling MDC Admissions’ front desk at 218-254-7959. We’re here to help!
